Master IVAtlas in 7 steps

Step 1

Start here

This is your money app. We'll walk you through it step by step. First, sign up with your email and choose your currency. The app creates your first categories automatically — you can change them later.

Step 2

Add your wallets

Go →

A wallet is where your money lives — your cash, your card, your savings. Add them so the app knows what you have. Each wallet tracks its own balance and can have its own currency.

Step 3

Write down your first entry

Go →

Tell the app when money comes in or goes out. Tap the + button, choose income or expense, enter the amount, and pick a category. The app guesses the category from the shop name. You can attach a receipt photo too.

Step 4

Set up repeating payments

Go →

Some money comes and goes every month, like rent or pay. Add them once as a template — set the amount, category, and day of month. Each month, tap 'Apply this month' to post them as real transactions.

Step 5

Set spending limits

Go →

Decide how much you want to spend on food, fun, and more. Go to Limits, pick a category, and set a monthly amount. The app warns you at 80% and shows a progress bar. Limits reset each month.

Step 6

Track money you owe

Keep a list of who owes you and who you owe. Go to Debts, add the person, amount, and direction. Use partial payments to reduce debt gradually. You'll never forget to pay back.

Step 7

See your reports

Go →

Look at where your money went this month. The dashboard shows your balance, income, and expenses. In Reports, tap any chart for details. Download a PDF or let AI find ways to save.

Step 8

Organize categories

Categories help you see where money goes. The app creates defaults for you, but you can add your own, change icons and colors, or merge similar ones. Archive ones you no longer use.

Step 9

Set savings goals

Go →

Create a goal with a target amount and optional deadline. Tap 'Add funds' to log a deposit — the app tracks your progress and forecasts when you'll reach it. Watch the progress bar grow to stay motivated.

Step 10

Ask the AI assistant

Tap the iVAtlas button to chat with your AI assistant. Ask about your spending, get saving tips, or request a financial analysis. It reads your data securely and never shares it with third parties.

Step 11

Try the What-If simulator

Wonder what happens if you get a raise or buy a car? Go to Forecast, pick a scenario, and see your projected balance. It uses your real history — no changes to your data.

Step 12

Backup and settings

Go to Settings to change your currency, language, or theme. Export your data as JSON for backup, or import from a CSV bank statement. You can also adjust the financial month start and hide amounts for privacy.
