By creating an account or using iVAtlas, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of service

iVAtlas is a personal finance management tool that allows you to:

• Track personal income and expenses across multiple wallets and currencies
• Set and monitor budget limits, savings goals, and recurring transactions
• Manage personal debts
• Generate AI-powered financial summaries and insights based on your data
• Export your data as CSV or JSON

iVAtlas supports multiple currencies (including AZN, USD, EUR, GBP, TRY, RUB, AED and many more) and is available in multiple languages.

3. Permitted use

You may use iVAtlas only for personal, non-commercial finance tracking purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful financial activity or money laundering
• Store or process other people's financial data without their explicit consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the service in ways that harm its availability

4. Your data and accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter. Incorrect or incomplete data will result in inaccurate budgets, reports, and AI-generated insights. iVAtlas does not verify or validate the financial data you provide.

iVAtlas offers optional AI-powered analysis features. By using these features, you consent to anonymised transaction data (amounts, categories, dates) being processed by an AI language model to generate insights.

7. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ivatlas.com

8. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable and continuously available service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, data unavailability, or downtime.

9. Cookies and local storage

iVAtlas uses browser local storage to save your in-app preferences (theme, language, currency, etc.). No financial data is stored in local storage. The app does not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice in cases of serious violations.

iVAtlas is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iVAtlas and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application, including but not limited to financial losses based on insights generated by the service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not possible, disputes will be referred to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will indicate the Last updated date above. Continued use of iVAtlas after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
